Online counselling — with an experienced, values-led counsellor
People come to counselling when life feels hard. Many are looking for relief, some for insight — and most are looking for hope and a way forward.
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can bring whatever is affecting you, without fear of judgement. You don't have to worry about feeling like a burden, as you might with others.
Whatever you are facing, no matter how big or small, we can handle it together.
I’m Catriona, a BACP registered counsellor with nearly 20 years experience
I’ve worked therapeutically in NHS, education, and community settings, as well as in private practice. I work online with adults on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, low confidence, stress and overwhelm, relationship and family difficulties, identity and life transitions, grief and loss, and the impact of difficult past experiences.
I have particular experience supporting young adults navigating identity and life transitions, and parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
